Yes, apologies. The bike has been stored at the back of a shed for a very long time (blame children) and I was mistaken on frame size As per serial number and having remeassured it is 18 from centre of BB to top of seat tube

Based on the decals they are triple butted but I think the condition isn't quite what I'm after. Sure they could be fine but it's hard to tell the extent of rust from photos Thanks all the same though
