Dawes Galaxy pick up Scunthorpe , BIN £165 , {v-v-good MA40's}

Just the wheels ringing my bell here . They look to 700's by the position of the brake blocks and none of the anodising is gone from the braking surface . The rest of it is a Galaxy , tickety-boo .

Aside from the very nice rims I'm not seeng an amazing bargain here. Missing the nice to have braze ons to make touring...nicer. And then there is what looks like a dent in the seatstay.

Well there's 2 conversations at least there but sticking to the rims which is what drew me to put it here . If you can get a set of MA40's in that nick for £80 , buy 'em ! :D
The Galaxy was never a full on tourer in my mind , weekend away , yes . Good place to start , may be . All rounder bike certainly .
So not an amazing bargain for a Galaxy for sure , but did I mention I like MA 40's :).
