Looks more like a gate than a crossroads. Padlock gave it away.

Looks good as is. Careworn. I’d pass it on or ride it. Buyer can see warts and all that way. I’m always wondering about refinished frames unless their on here or somebody I know.
 
If I remember I've had this since 2016, oh how time flies 😎

Its the only bike I have in the stable that I feel a connection with, which is why it's had more stays of execution that Sean Penn.

Maybe a £100 powdercoat is what the old girl deserves ?
 
I wouldn't coat that. Paint looks good as is and covering it over would be a shame. Keep it. Spend a few quid on some upgrades that you like the look of.
