You are nearly there! Careful levering it out with a screwdriver though it looks like you've damaged the seat tube.

Shimano MW80 winter boots. EU43 but imo size up small especially with winter socks on. Little used but have bern stored for years and are a bit musty. £25 Hope Mono brakes, well used and need bleeding. No leaks. £50. Came off a large bike with 100mm forks. Hope QRs £10
