I have just rebuilt this fork using all new service parts and 'nos' parts too.
It has been completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, bushings inspected etc. Fully function checked etc
As such, the fork functions perfectly, super smooth, holds air, no leaks, compression, rebound and lock-out.
Carbon csu - stanchions in excellent condition as shown in photos
80mm travel, can be reduced to 60mm with a spacer (£20) and a little bit of work.
1 1/8" x 193mm ahead
Silver lowers - excellent condition, a few cosmetics as shown in photos
New "damper service kit"
New "dual air service kit" including new air valves
New "climb-it" control lock-out lever
New wiper seals
New foam oil wipers with 15wt oil
Fresh 5wt damper oil - see videos for bleeding - use sound for air bubbles!
Fresh 15wt oil in +ve air chamber
Fresh 5wt oil in both lower legs
NB. Titanium brake studs to be fitted!
Photo album shows the condition and some photos/videos taken during the work done too.
