As usual, it's the first Saturday of the month, this one's Saturday the 5th of January, at the usual start time of midday.

The location is the regular spot outside Mud Dock.

It's FREE to set up a stall.

I'll be there selling stuff for bike mechanics who can't make it as they work that day.

It might be the biggest load of poo you've ever seen, OR it might be a spares-fest bling mountain going for BOBBINS. If you don't come you won't know.

Chatting to locals, there's a high chance of " christmas upgraders " off-loading their old gear and " spring-cleaners " emptying their sheds that have reached critical mass. Lots of roadie stuff too. Should be fun.

If you're flogging stuff it would be handy to bring...

A " float " of money for change etc.

An idea of where you can park. It's right by a Pay+Display.

Some sort of table if you can.

THICK clothes, you'll get cold standing about.

An open mind. Looking for specifics is well and good but be ready for that " Buy now, think later " moment if bling turns up at a daft price.

Hope this helps.

Best attitude to bring:

This could be crap. What the hell, I'll go anyway.

Best plan of action if you're setting up a stall the first time:

Bugger it, I'll just muddle through.

well worth popping along. a bit of banter and some brake levers for buttons. who could ask for more?

Nah, fraid not. Some BEAUTIFUL retro Campy brakes and Fred Salmon stuff but no hubs. Could have better luck next month.

cheers for looking buddy i wish i lived there we dont get cool things like bike jumbles in lowestoft (too small a place ) 8) 8) 8) :D :D :D roll on next month 8)

Start your own! I did. Find a local bike shop to host outside ( good for local advertising and put the lbs in touch with local riders ) and do it once a month.
