Yes seen some of those think the ones I’ve seen are Raleigh true builds..not sure on the weight or quality tho..probably ok for just light use

I have this 1997 frame, its been painted using spraybike & spraymax..pretty bullet proof. It is accually a Cindercone with Lavadome decal (now removed). I also have aP2 fork in black which fits too.
