I have a silver D521 rim but it is built to an 8 speed XT hub and I'm not sure how many holes it has. It is in very good condition. Let me know if this might be of any use to you and i'll check the number of holes
It's not very helpful, but I'm pretty sure that Setavento have gone out of business. probably explains why their website no longer works. Can't think of any Ti builders off the top of my head

I would second putting the post in a vice and twisting it. Takes a lot of effort but it has been successful for me. Watch your ears though as when it does move it may go off with one hell of a crack when the post finally moves :shock:
imo, it's not the actual features of modern bikes which are worthy of annoyance but the marketing, which makes people think that they have to have the latest thing to ride along a gravel path, making cycling a status symbol for those who can afford the latest gear. I'm as much of a bike snob as...
