It is a fair chunk to put down(not saying it is overpriced) but these fall very much in the territory of being the only frame and fork you need in your life for a whole mix of duties and in all manner of configs. Google image the name and the mood board is dreamy.
Not sure if you got around to improving the front brake but my top tip is to use a more rigid fork cable hanger.
The one i have seen in your pics flexes quite a bit and can be a canti performance killer.
I use a chunky cast item that was found on early Kona mtbs and i am pretty sure Dia-Compe...
You could do some funny stuff with the model and the original. Maybe do some weird perspective video of the two bikes next to each other and you walk into shot, pick up the model and ride off on the bigger bike.
Is that definitely triple butted?
I think the TB forks all had a different style dropout or maybe some didn't?
Is it stamped CM/TB? What is the weight?
