Hello, that’s a lovely example and very original but unfortunately it’s a 96 model. It shares a lot of components with the 97 model but I couldn’t bring myself to buy and then break such a lovely model. If I were you I’d keep it.

Has anybody out here on the forum got an original 1997 Kona Explosif? I’m looking to re build mine back to the original factory spec and would love to have a look at some photos of an original one. The only one I can go off is the brochure one.
