Hello - I wish I knew! It was rush hour (to be fair, it always seemed to be rush hour) and we were heading towards Kathmandu Durbar Square. We'd just come over one of the bridges, a gap appeared in the traffic and there was the sign. Amazing place, though. Hope you have a great time there!
