I'm going to get rid of this Ringle seatpost, which I won't be using. After checking it with a digital gauge, it measures 27.2mm. It's priced at €200 + shipping. Do I accept PayPal as a gift payment method, or do I have to add a PayPal processing fee?

At this time I cannot verify it properly, so it is withdrawn from sale.
