Last ride before going off on holiday. Dropped the dog off at the kennels and couldn't help but notice that the sun was shining very nicely although it was (as usual) quite windy outside town. Still, it seemed the right juncture to take the Jake off the turbo trainer where it has served so well...

Took a second test ride today, with the broken seatpost replaced and the front wheel's cones lubed and tightened. Was pleased with how the bike rode -- responsive and quite light. Bar some ongoing tinkering (including a nicer bottle cage), I think this one's done.

According to this, the 900 was only built for one year -- so quite a rarity. They also made it in red. I can't find anything about the spec though.
