    Hope Evo fitting issues

Cheers for all the replies and measurements guys. I'm a little bit miffed as I specifically bought the 68/73mm cranks (At least that's what it said on the box). Hey ho, off to email Chain Reaction cycles to see about a possible exchange...

    Hope Evo fitting issues

The axle is about 114mm wide not counting the splines. It's HC108-04 machined on the crank arm, but nothing on the axle that I can see. I had tried to add spacers in the hope that it would work and space it out correctly. I have emailed Hope, but got an automated response saying no one is...

It is about that yes. I've measured the axle width and it does appear to be 133.5mm long and it is labelled on the box as 68/73mm. Have I been sent the wrong crankset then?

    Hope Evo fitting issues

Hi there everyone, I'm attempting to fit an Evo crank to my Cotic BfeMax and it has a massive gap between the cranks and bb. It has a 73mm bottom bracket shell with a boost148x12 rear hub. I'm wondering what I've done wrong, have I bought the wrong cranks or bb? I though I'd bought correctly...

The spirit of the Santa Cruz Bontragers lives on ...

Thank you for the info 2manyoranges, suspension setup has kind of passed me by as I only had rebound adjustment on my last fork. As a heavy rider, I'd be opting for a lot of tokens in the fork anyway and I punted for the Pike Ultimate 150mm so I see a fair bit of fettling in my future!

    Marzocchi fork servicing

Thanks for the reply Novocaine. Living in Blackpool, there's a dearth of bike shops that can service the forks locally to me. Bounce in Preston seems to have stopped trading so no joy there. It really does need a full overhaul and like I said, I don't think I've got the skills or tools to...

32mm, but it's not something I'd be confident in sorting myself.

    Marzocchi fork servicing

TF Tuned said the fork was too old and they couldn't get parts, Silverfish said they don't service anything before 2017 and Silk said they don't service Marzocchi anymore

    Marzocchi fork servicing

Hi there everybody, I've been a very long time lurker here and thoroughly enjoyed the different build threads and getting very jealous looking at very nice components. Anyhow, I've got a 2009 Marzocchi Bomber Z1 Sport that is in serious need of some TLC, it doesn't hold hair in the preload leg...

    Teaching disabled kids to ride

Have you though about going down the occupational therapist/physiotherapist route for advice. As I work in a special school they're the first port of call for anything positional and physical? The OTs at your daughter's school might be able to offer suggestions.
