I have a quill ahead adapter with an Azonic shorty on it, I'd like to extend it a bit as it's 75mm. Would a Syncros Cattlehead work on that as I need more reach.

I'd like to add my Koga CBL, I don't have current pics as it's had a huge make-over. I hope I can make some tomorrow there should be a bit of sun out.
