The route was: Nailsea, Festival Way to Flax Bourton, Barrow court lane (Bristol airport direction) this is where I was unsure the loop would work out as it goes through a field & in to the top of Bourton combe. The gatorskins just about did the job though & it's a nice bit of road / bridleway...

New route day! I've been staring at Google maps the last couple of days trying to figure out a potential new loop for my lunch break spins. The goal was to find something with: A decent climb, Mix of terrain (road & track), Able to bang it out in an hour It was way too hot for a climb today...

No worries, from what I could see on the Roku site it'd use the Arial connection from the TV 🤷‍♂️

Cheers @zerogravitas - do you use the Freeview app for that? Eg. On my phone I can use the Freeview play app like a TV guide, then selecting something will take me to iPlayer etc

Anyone on here got a Roku streaming box? I'm trying to find out if the Freeview play app on there needs an aerial connected to the TV, or if it works over the internet like the phone app. The customer service team are based in the USA, so they had no idea what I was talking about!

Managed to get out in the lanes again today in the sun before the rain hits next week 🌞😎 Was a bit stop start as I'm tweaking some new saddle / handlebar positions. Anyone got some good tips for general bike fit?

Yeah I think it might be 😂 I'm going to try and file a bit of material off the head first & see where that gets me - I only want a couple of degrees

It is very flat - it does match the clamp properly when the shim isn't there though. I did try it the other way round ages ago when I first stuck the shim in there, I seem to recall it being slightly worse 😂
