Perhaps someone will have a pair of the red Air-B schraeder caps in a drawer that they'd part with, which, to the purist-in-the-know, might indicate to them that vintage latex tubes are contained therein!? People have put wanted ads up for any peculiar bike-related thing you can think of!

I'd otherwise have gone for the green Michelin latex ones for my Merlin. Tubes are consumables after all so trying to find OG 90's ones is like trying to find some 90's air to pump them with!

Re: 'OG' lightweight tubes (if they literally must be from the 90's!) I had one good and one holed Air-B pink latex tube. A wanted ad on here got me the second I needed - perhaps someone else has one or two lying about? Lightweight and do hold air surprisingly well. Oh, and the OG cap is red...

Bollocking ballbags why didn't I buy it - it's fricking lovely?! I like GiGfY's answer - it'd be pretty unique. Might not last forever, but would show it all off nicely. I like home spraying so I'd give it a good go somehow
