Hi, i think £250 is reasonable. It has a san marco rolls leather seat on there also for some extra retro bling

the bottom bracket to the base of the seat post & is about 57cm & from the base of the seat post to handlebars is about 58cm

Pretty certain its a 56cm frame. I'll have to get back to you on exact measurments
