Hello, Currently looking at a frame on eBay which I suspect might be for 650b wheels (french builder, direct mount centre-pull studs etc etc.). However, the seller says it is 700C. Is there any way to know for certain apart from putting a pair of wheels AND brakes in/on the frame?? Thanks
