    Fat Chance Kickstarter

Most of the greatest artists in history and musicians were degenerates in every way imaginable but they produced a legacy we all love and many of our kids now appreciate too. FATs are amazing to ride and are beautifully made. You cant fake that.

    Cook Brothers RSR Crank Questions

Always used the Sugino or Syncros Ti version of these. Fit them with a spanner bolt/washer initially ( remove the locking bolt/washer ) then fit these and firmly test/tighten by hand with a normal length allen key ( so you cant over torque ) before any ride. Been using 6 sets since the 80s and...

Bikes I've never owned....but thought I might like to!

Agree very much with the above 👍 For me i’d like to try very early trailblazing design bikes like Series I & II Breezers and Cunninghams. Tried pretty much the best of the rest over the years. So many iconic retros were mostly marketing hype, same as today.

Tried extending Ti threads on a Ti steerer once. Trashed the £££ cutting tool and it didnt do a good clean job ( used lots of lube, backedup threads to clean swarf etc ). And I have done steel hundreds of times before with no issues. Best left to a Prof or just find/buy exactly what you need...
