Finally got round to servicing the forks on the old Focus this week, so went for a quick 15 mile spin along the Teversal Trail today. No trains at Teversal station though :)

Search on the Sturmey Archer Heritage site for TF hub. Actually it was 1933.

I'm pretty sure that it's actually a Lenton frameset not an RRA, the biggest giveaway is that Lenton headtube lugs had triangular cut-outs the RRAs didn't.

My recent experience of restoring a Viking Hosteller with the original 5spd Mk7 Benelux led to 2 days of frustrating adjustment to get it to shift reliably across the original 5 speed block. Still wasn't happy with it but it worked (sort of). I wouldn't attempt trying a 6 speed block!

The wheels and front bars/stem appear to be later additions, I think it's probably 1930s and would likely have had a Cyclo rear derailleur. The wheels don't look like tandem spec though.

I'm not into tandems but this doesn't look a bad price for a lovely old CB...
