The one in the picture of OP is a 1992 model, more slimline version than the 1991 flipflop stem, which was fatter and heavier. GT only made the flip flop stem for two model years as far as I know (have checked the GT catalogues for these years. Different lengths corresponding to the frame sizes.

That Tequesta is a 20" frame...not 22"

Yes, as far as I know that was the biggest size frames GT made, but only for models below the high end (Karakoram, Tequesta, Timberline, Talera, Outpost)

Depending on the length of stem you want, there are some for sale on eBay (US). But as I am after a 120mm length stem (1991 for my Zaskar) they're much harder to come by. https://ebay.us/m/ieGo9s

The original Pantera came with a mix of Deore LX and 500 LX including the chainset. I know as I have one myself, ;)! In an effort to keep the Pantera at a certain price point GT kitted out the Pantera with the 500lx chainset and either LX or Exage hubs. The rest was mostly Deore LX. Cosmetically...
