A company near me called Bettablast they've always done a really good job.

It's a purple flip powdercoat it goes from that purple to basically looking black depending on the light and angles your looking at it from. Photos don't do it justice really you need to be looking at it and walking around it to see it change,it's probably my favourite Kona in the collection.

Forks are being sold separately

Just spoke with seller about the steerer tube diameter and they replied with this message saying they've found a crack in the frame so now parting it out. I think they've been bombarded with messages like mine and thought hold on people are only interested in these forks they must be worth...

Good project and from experience it should come up well with a thorough clean up,the spokes look toast though. Even though the seatpost isn't moving at least it's pretty much all the way up so not alot of post to free up and get out. Check to see if the stem is stuck aswell.
