    Whats my frame made from

Those pics are giving me vertigo. 56cm comes out to 22", does that measurement match up to the distance from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tub or seat tube? Not a Litespeed or a Dean.

1996 Trek Y11 URT pivot bushing cracked/dead rear shock (need guidance)

If they are the yellow plastic bushings (not shock eyelet bushings) you can measure and should be able to source directly from igus. But you'll need a cheap digital caliper to do it right. Figure out the dimensions and enter them in, you'll want the J grade bushings...

Getting a tyre to seat properly?

More soap, get the rim as well and spread that stuff around, if the surrounding area is lubed it'll help.

    Found my holy grail

Great bike! I love me some titanium. Ride the piss out of it. Nothing worse than a bike unridden.

Forks for a GT lightning build?

IF it's a 97 I always recommend a 1st gen z2 or atom bomb z2. Great forks, last forever nothing to really wear out. They just go and go.

Marzocchi Z2 bomber for 1998 Kona Kula

You should just be able to measure from the crown race to the top of the stem, that should give you an idea how close it is, more than 8mm below the top of the stem is a little sketchy.

Marzocchi Z2 bomber for 1998 Kona Kula

1-1/8" is correct, you'll want to measure yours to confirm length.

1997 Kona King Kahuna (in Denmark)

Yes, both are correct, previous owner and serial. Still kicking myself for selling it, was a tad small for me, but a layback post and a OG marzocchi Z2 would have sorted that out easily. Back then I thought these grew on trees as a close friend picked up at Hei Hei in team livery around the same...

3m vivvid tape works well and can be found pretty easily in various widths and lengths.

    Marzocchi Marathon SL ECC 2003

This should be more that enough info. Honestly all you should need is a 24mm flat ground socket to remove the top cap (after removing the ecc lever) once you're in there remove the top cap from the rod like they do in the video. You'll probably have to remove the top cap from the rod. One the...

    Marzocchi Marathon SL ECC 2003

Does it have the correct amount of oil? If the oil is to low it will not function. https://marzocchiworkshop.blogspot.com/p/oil-quantitys-and-levels_858.html Looks like 150cc of oil in that side of the leg. Pobably best to drain the oil out of the top of the fork, cycle the ECC until it's...

MCU / Elastomers for Marzocchi Z3

You are correct, those are definitely elastomers in there. I would guess any would really work, I know there are a few companies who sell aftermarket elastomers. Some members here may also have some old but good ones sitting around. Probably none specifically for this fork, but I'm betting just...

    Yeti FROacuda

A little update, finally got sick and tired of the 22" bars and gripshift. After trying to source period correct 26" wide flat bars and coming up empty handed (non existent) I tested out some wider 26" chi ti bars & XT rapid fire shifters. Exactly what I wanted, much more comfortable and shifts...
