Wanted has anyone got any 36 hole hubs?

Found it. NOS 36h DX. Never built up if the shop sticker has aged a bit but should clean off easily. Smooth bearings obviously. The skewer rubber is a little cracked.

89 clockwork orange, infinity, DX, very original in soton

Regretted selling my ‘89 Clockwork so bought a ‘99 recently as a frameset and built it up. The Orange fade clockwork is so iconic.

    Yo Eddy in wales

I couldn't get £2k when I tried to sell mine as a whole bike. Repainted too with better decals imported from the States, albeit with one incorrectly applied to the drive side. Also one of the first 200 with a Z frame number and no dents or rust. Decided to keep mine a little longer.

1998 Kona Kilauea 631 in Croydon, UK

I’ll post more pics soon but I picked up the Kilauea today. Lovely to meet Graham, the old guy who’d had it from new. Thinks he might still have the receipt and handbook somewhere and will send them on if he can track them down. Bike is is in good but grubby condition.

Sorted 1990 Kona Explosif Frame or complete bike 19 or 21"

Thought so. I’ve got a 19” 89 explosif frameset available but the pistachio paint has been crudely over sprayed.

BoTM Bike of The Month June 2025, now taking entries

I've got a finished bike to enter this month, it's been a while! Markjohnson76 1995 Fuquay Here's the build/find thread; https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/greg-fuquay-95ish-cmr-found-and-restored.494828/ Greg Fuquay passed away a year ago today so it seemed an apt date to enter it. I hope...

Greg Fuquay 95ish CMR? Found and restored.

I’d aimed to have it completed by the 10th of June and I just managed to do it. I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out. But more importantly, it rides really nicely. It weighs 22lb and feel very light and responsive. I can’t wait to put some miles on it. So many thanks Greg Fuquay. I’m so...

Greg Fuquay 95ish CMR? Found and restored.

Started adding some parts and I love how it’s turning out. I had the XTR m900 groupset put aside for it. Also some nice black ceramic Mavic 717 on American Classic hubs, these are super light. A little newer than the bike but they look great and the brake surface won’t wear when I use it (which...

Greg Fuquay 95ish CMR? Found and restored.

I’d actually bought a set of white replacement decals from Gil at Retrodecals just after I found it. When the frame forks and stem were back from the powder coaters I had to find the decals. That took a while! The stem in a period cromo that’s 120mm with a little rise. The frame is 20” center...

Greg Fuquay 95ish CMR? Found and restored.

Then it sat in my projects queue for a long while as a frameset which got moved about a lot in storage and during a house move. Greg Fuquay passing away in June 2024 spurred me on to do something with it by this time this year (2025 if you’re reading this in the future). I didn’t have a yellow...
