It’s a shame but it’s where needs must & you did a nice tidy job.. if you’d had a tririg caliper you may have avoided the cutting but something to look into for the future if you manage to have or get a spare BB Fin…. 🤔

Bit of a shame you had to canabalize the aero fin that will now add turbulence rather than smooth flow…..😂

Martin Pyne on the Mk.I built by Mike Martins Mk. II version by which time original bars had snapped so made do with short stem & cowhorns. I bought this off him & you seen what I did with it above trying to keep it very much like the original Mick Burrows design.
