1950s step through, refurbished by Mario Vaz. Includes an original rear rack, painted in a matching baby blue. Top tube circa virtual 21" ctc and seat tube 22" ctt Norman Pile was a shop in Exeter and according to an old employee these frames were built by Les Ephgrave - certainly nicely built...
