What do you measure to get the size for a Breezer? Some frame makers are center to center others are center to top. I have a Hurricane I'm thinking of selling is why I ask, this one is 19" center to top with a top tube/seat tube measure of about 22.5"

Lol, sorry. I forgot to add them. Here you go. The frame is welded and ground down with a bit of filler to smooth out the joints. Some areas are tig welded and left as is.

Well, not sure but I do know Yokota has made bikes since 1928 in Japan. These 2 are progressive geometry for the years they are marked so I have to guess, they were ahead of their time.
