I think he’s referring to the apparent lack of obvious threading in the shell. Looks like the threading wasn’t masked off

Dreadset 1-1/8” Exceptional condition. Bearings good. Scuff washer missing, crown race is slightly distorted after (I assume) an overzealous removal. A vice would fix in a jiffy, but I don’t own one. £120 posted

I just bought this fork, which is a titanium 700c jobbie. Googling “sibex fork” brings up a lot of pictures of broken segmented-style forks. I’m hoping this unicrown is an improved mk.ii version! Anyone care to reassure / deter me?
