I've looked into Serotta and Ibis without success - I appreciate the suggestions though. I'm not familiar with Fuquay; I thought that was a swearword. I'll check them out. Thick fillets is usually an aesthetic choice. If you haven't seen fillets that thin before, search "Ritchey", "Brodie", "Fat Chance", "Ibis", "Saffron", "Bishop". Not all of their bikes have fillets that thin, but some do. Thanks for trying to help identify the frame though.

Hey. Ritchey made frame components, including dropouts, that lots of different makers used. Having Ritchey drops is like having Columbus drops. Sorry that I can't tell you what it is, but it is not a Ritchey.

Put anything you want on there - it's a fake Cinelli. The decals aren't even a close approximation, and the paint is rattle-can level. What's with all these frauds on here?

Probably too late, but hopefully you didn't sell that junk as a "Cinelli", since it definitely is NOT a Cinelli and you'd be committing fraud if you sold it as such.
