11 Speed Upgrade

You mean rehubbing a wheel? Yeah, done that loads.

If you mean fitting an 11 speed freehub to an existing hub = massively dependant on the hub fitted. You'd need to know model and year.......

Or if you mean sticking an 11 speed cassette on an existing hub/freehub.
Campag = easy, fits straight on in most cases.
Shimano MTB = easy fits straight on
Shimano road = no, not really, there is one cassette that'll fit (and it's wide range)

Re:

Shimano road 10 speed freehub isn't wide enough to get 11 cogs on, you'll have to lose a cog to fit it. Spline wise, the cogs do go on

Re:

What about having the back of a cassette machined down to allow it to fit onto a 10-speed Freehub?
I've also seen people file down the back of the Freehub slightly to allow an 11-speed cassette to fit
I think you should be able to fit an 11-speed Freehub in place of the 10-speed one, you may or may not need to re-dish the wheel slightly.

I looked into fitting an 11 speed cassette onto a 10-speed Freehub recently, and machining a cassette was my preferred option, fairly cheap, and cassettes last a long time anyway.
In the end though I just fitted some more modern 11-speed wheels.

If the rolf vectors take a standard shimano freehub, then you should be able to just swap the one that's on their now. But I imagine they take a propietary freehub fitting, you'd need to find the correct one, if they're even made...
