Re:

added some red brake hangers, and red halo allen key qr skewers, i have found a few stems i can try, but what would be best, ill be using Kona on road and through woods, also have alloy Kona handlebars i was going to use, but they are discoloured, is there anyway of of cleaning them up back to black?. I was out when postman came by and left me note about a parcel needing to be signed for, i know what it was, it was my new groupset to upgrade to 27speed, so i gotta go collect from postal depo tomorrow

Forks are mag 21s I think. Do they work well? I'd look for some project twos and convert to ahead if I were you, especially as you are using a converter to use ahead stems anyway.

Is it a modern groupset going on?

As for stem choice, they are all different sizes and lengths. The best one is going to be the one that gives you the riding position you want. Ignore the pretty colours and style!

Re:

Those Kona bars are far to new in my opinion.

The Kona would probably handle and look, far better with flat bars. Would suit thee zoom stem as well.

If not as suggested Project two forks from kona, or even Tange forks would be the way to go!.

:)

Re:

found these lying around, not sure yet, and spacing needs adjusting on quill
