I’m posting this for my good friend Joe who I’ve known for over 20 years.
He’s owned this bike from new and is only selling as he’s finally bought a new Whyte to replace it.
All standard apart from a shorter 90mm truvativ stem (he thinks he still has original too).
18inch medium frame
Deore LX 9spd shifters, and front mech.
Deore LX hydraulic disc brakes.
Deore XT rear mech.
26” wheels.
Rock Shox Recon 351 130mm travel forks which have travel adjustment and lockout.
Scott TC tear shock which can be adjusted on the fly from 130mm to 85mm to locked out from remote bar mounted switch.
Shimano dual SPD pedals.
This bike is in fantastic condition. Few very minor marks but only when inspected up close and is an excellent example of this very capable trail/XC bike.
It’s been serviced less than 100 miles ago inc new cables, octalink BB and we changed the front fork oil too.
The bike rides like new and there is no play in any of the suspension bearings/bushes.
He’s asking for £325 ono
