26.4 mm seatpost & quill stem riser please

We are after a 26.4mm seatpost 300mm or up please.
Also a quill stem extender the 4" length please.

we need to increase the size of a grown out of but loved frame.

we are after cheap here rather than good condition.
Does anyone have anything in their boxes?

Or suggestions where I can get these at a reasonable price?

Guys, could you please help me again?
I am getting all confused.
On a tufftrax, the quill stem states 25.4mm.

Now, in my world, that makes it one inch.
However, i seem to be getting conflicting information.
Saying something like 25.4mm is 1 1/8.
So, does a 25.4mm stem fit a 1 1/8 steerer or something?

Here is what I was trying to do.
We want to raise the quill stem by about 3-4 inches.
We want to keep the original stem if possible.
What exactly am i trying to look for here please?
I thought i was looking for a stem extender or something but I am getting confused by the 1" 1 1/8" 25.4mm
22.2mm thing.

The measurement is the external size of the steerer, so a 1" steerer is only 7/8" internally and a 1 1/8" is only 1" internally, hence a 1 1/8" threaded steerer takes a 25.4mm quill stem.

Ah, ok, so, I have a stem that states 25.4mm.
So, that means i have a 1 1/8th steerer.

So, I am thinking i want a 25.4 to 25.4.
But i don't do i?
I want a 25.4 to 1 1/8ths. (which is 28.575mm, so I assume that is 28.6mm)
extender.

OK, i am more confused now.
I have now been told by chain reaction that the 25.4 probably is the part that clamps the handlebars,
not the diameter of the bit that goes into the steerer.
