Alien Sticker Mess ....

Dirt Disciple
Picked up this first year Alien and it came with 5 billion bonus stickers plastered on. Anyone have a super-genius idea for "painless" removal?

Lighter petrol, the sort of stuff you use in Zippo lighters is great at removing sticker glue.

Hairdryer... Warm up the sticker for a few seconds... Raise a corner and with patience most of the time they come off in one go.

Any Gooey residue will come off with as mentioned.. Lighter fuel...wd40..baby wet wipes or my favourite the old car tar remover

Leave it as is a go for the grafitti look ;)

I'd agree with sylus - hair dryer first then wet wipe should do the trick.

i quite like it like that

makes a change from all the pristine snooze-fests round here, and hell, it's how a lot of us used to roll back then.

Always used a hair dryer when removing the sponsors stickers from race cars at the end of the season.

I have to agree with some of the above comments, I think it looks great with the stickers, reminds me of some great 'London Underground Graffiti' and Billboards. I would leave as is, clean up a little and give it some super tough lacquer over the top and hey presto you got yourself a very unique build, add some bling and bright Anodised parts and you have the ulitmate Street/Urban/Banskyesqe/Graffiti/Billboard MTB :D

Jussa :D

Or even an MTB version of the Skateboard look

Tottally Rad Dont You Think?
