No idea if these were “proper” Gary Fisher bikes or Trek remoulds?
I believe its 1996 vintage. It’s not as nimble as my Marin and has awful grip shifts as well as an aftermarket sit up and beg stem... still a piece of history

i picked one up as a donor bike few years ago. pearl white metallic paint, shimano STX group set. stripped it and binned the frame which was pretty crusty.
yours appears to be in much better condition...

edit: mine might have been an earlier model !?

I think I have the original bars somewhere, so I could put it back to original maybe? It just feels a bit heavy to me
