Campagnolo Tool 7130036 before I ruin my BB any more!!!

Damn you Campagnolo , Damn you to hell...

If anyone has a Campagnolo Tool 7130036 I would love to purchase it off you. Have a 90's Athena sealed bb that I need to pull before chucking a century finish centaur one in. Trouble is the cups are made of cheese and a normal campag splined remover won't do. I have some spare cups for the BB I'm removing if anyone wants it (when it finally gets released!)

A standard campag cassette tool should work. The trouble is that if the cups are seized, then being made of cheese as you say, the splines are too small and just melt if you put too much force into them

Re:

The trick is to use a QR skewer, with a big washer on one end, running through the bottom bracket and the skewer end holding the tool firmly in place. That way the tool is held securely against the cup. Don't forget that if the bottom bracket has an Italian thread the left cup comes off anti-clockwise.

Re:

The left cup always comes off anticlockwise, whether its English or Italian. It's the right side fixed cup that varies - eng unscrew clockwise, ita unscrew anticloickwise.
