elastomer shore hardness scale (how soft, how hard)

I have found some elastomer maker, were you could find every diameter, longer of elastomers needed for bike suspension.
For the hardness, the use the "Shore" scale, from 10 to 100.

If someone could have an idea of each hardness : for example, a soft spring for a manitou is around 30, 50 shore ?

it indicates that a gel saddle is 15-30 on the OO scale of durometers
