Genuine Ritchey Plexus?

Seen this on italian E-bay.Is it a genuine Ritchey Plexus? Item no:180276690745

No, it's n FRM (aka Franco Ricci Mingani) Race Ready. Made by a famous Italian builder, who also used to build those champagne coloured Ritchey WCS hubs. A nice object but not a Plexus

No, they made the frames themselves. They built (and are still building) very good frames. The aluminium one was spectacular...

I can vouch for that. They were built in Italy from a full 8-tube Ritchey Plexus tubeset. Here's a pic of my FRM and Ritchey for comparison, and a little info from the old FRM Race Ready ARC page:

No, that means the weights of the front and rear wheels!

Superb Jason, as ever, you've built up that FRM much prettier than the one they built themselves, and even prettier than the Ritchey.

Interesting that the sizes 17, 18 and 19 FRM all share the same length of seat tube - presumably the top tube joins lower down the the seat tube on the smaller size, does it, as on yours? And lower down on the FRM than on the Ritchey. And yet the FRM has a longer head tube than the Ritchey, so giving it a slightly more sloping top tube.

Perhaps that's why I prefer the FRM to the Ritchey - it looks more like a Kona!

if you look at the seat bolt; ist on the back integrated in the curved seat stays.
i think all the FRM's has it on the front, and the ritcheys has it on the back as this one..
