GT paint schemes

was looking at mr lee's inferno GT , christ you gotta love those early
paint jobs , daktari white, tequila sunrise ,ball burnished and all the rest
whats your fave GT colour scheme ?

anyone know how the spatter paint was done ?

My favourite is obviously mine, see below.
The white lines are quite raised so must be thick paint. Quality of finish is excellent. I really want to paint some suspension forks in the same colour so would love to know the best way.

My mate had a black / blue splatter not sure hat model it was but it was towards the bottom end, £300 / £350 ish around 91 ish

1991 did it for me, 'daktari white' and 'midnight aurora'

I would love one of the very early imron painted tech shop steel bikes too - like gm's Cyclone on here but in the deep red colour as in the 1991 catalogue

hi, its not a paint job but ball burnished for me, i know you have to keep on top of them but if you do there so sweet .

I've always liked the baby blue aqua Tequesta from '91/2? A bit of a guilty pleasure that one

Not that I'm biased, but still love this colour scheme from 98/9
Tempest/Oupost Trail. The blue is gorgeous (its a bit like Subaru met
blue colour) goes great with the white.

When I finally get the time I will get this one sorted. I like Team Scream
paint jobs and the Zaskar (around 2000)... basically any GT looks cool
in blue and yellow.
