I'm rebuilding a set of 1997 Marzocchi Bombers Z3 Light

I've had them sprayed, new decals look new. Have also fitted new bushing, seals and wipers.

I've looked at every manual i can find. Im totaly lost and stuck on putting them back togther.

Anyone able to help, google showed no images

The whole manual is on the Marzocchi website too.....

PM me with your email address if you want me to email you a copy of the manual PDF, although the link above looks like the same thing.

Legend but nope still not right. I've a feeling i need to crack these open to show whats inside there now i have filled with oil....off to the bat cav (workshop)

I'm going to strip them down, again! I'll post photos of the gubbings and hopefully get this sorted. Got some nice 10w-4 for them :)

Engine oil won't work very well! You need suspension fork oil, 7.5 weight for that model.

You need fluid like this to go in the forks:

I use Stendec fluid but others are available. Motorbike shops sell good stuff too.

Chain reaction sell Stendec stuff:

This is the owners manual you'll need for your forks.

If you can't do it with the step by step instructions in there (there's a nice exploded diagram too) then you really need to let someone else do it.

Setting up your drivetrain is harder than doing these forks.

Thats the close a manual has gotten. I'm not missing any part this i'm sure of. I'm just unsure which part which way.

Have always used that 10w-40. My Z1bams love it. I will get some now
