I'd have a guess at 1997 Kona Hahanna, Fire Mountain or Lava Dome.
Because the frame is a steel Kona, which as a rear cantilever brake cable stop.
I believe that 1997 was the only year that some Kona models had these.
Before that they used the 'dog collar' cable stop clamp - and by '98 it was all V-brakes.
In the '97 catalogue, you can see that only the Hahanna, Fire Mountain and Lava Dome have this frame feature, while the other steel mountain bikes have V-brakes.
