I wanted to show my new play around bike, it had a crack in the chainstay I got welded by a friend.
Almost finished building with some new and some used parts.
I'm pretty happy how it turned out.
Hope to finish it next weekend.

Re. Cable for dropper post going into bottom of post - it goes down the seat tube and out via bottle cage bolt hole?

The crack was in the top of the tube, there is a very need weld.
It olsa has had a nasty case of chainsuck on the side of the tube , so I asked the welder to fill that up a little and he did.
It is done by a friend of mine who is a proffesionel welder for over 30 years, so I trust him and this weld.

Honzo frames aren't that expensive, treat yourself.
