Marzo Z2

Bolt on Arch and no disc tabs? Gotta be way earlier than 2000! I bought Super fly Z2 in late 97 and they were disc tabbed and moulded brace!

Had some Superfly in 98' with bolted arch and no disc tabs.Think they were called something else with disc tabs, but the name escapes me now.I know it was a similiar name!
Thanx Max

I also have the 2000 Atom 80s. However I think the fly version was V-brake only in 2000. Bolt on arch sounds like 99 or earlier to me though.

EDIT: Just had a look at the service manuals. 2000 X-Fly was wraparound arch MIGHT have a disc tab (pictures contradict each other, but on balance I say no tab), 99 Superfly was bolt on crown and tabless.

Superflys are officially MY99 only and only had the bolt on arch and no disc tabs. They also have the rather annoying air chamber valves located next to the brake posts which without the aftermarket adapters means you need to remove the brakes to adjust.

X-flys which appeared in MY00 had the new M arch and are disc compatible.

Hey Steve,

what travel are they?

I've got some 60mm ones but want something a bit longer.

Any chance of some pics.

Chris.
