Measuring and sizing Lo-Pro frames

Seat tube should be like a normal frame. The front depends on how flexible your back is provided you're at least average height, especially if it is a small front wheel one. (ie 24" or 26"). If you're short they don't make much diifference and can often give a higher position than drops.

Do you have one in particular that you're looking at?

It's more of an academic interest at the mo. I ride a 57 TT, but I have short legs

Just get one, they are lovely unique machines - I'm 6ft 3" & mine is the 24" front wheel version which IMO is a proper funny bike which I really love :)

Just buy it - massive fun to ride - I've got two 'funny bikes' & two TT frames that qualify as lo-pro's and although they don't really get me to the next county on a sunday run, they are great for a blast round the city or a quick 10 miler or as a commuter as I'm doing at the moment.

Measuring can be difficult, I do mine by eye - seat post lug height should be approx the same as your normal road bike, TT is variable as the bullhorns & stem can extend the frame to fit, with the seatpost compensating at the other end. I don't think you can really apply the standard measurements of a standard road frame as a base. Just get one that's in the right ball park, you can make them fit - just be prepared for some neckache when you first start riding one

That is true
A 26" front wheel is a lo-pro but, I consider only a 24" front wheel lo-pro to be a 'funny bike'
