need a front cargo bag or rack for my bike - 95 gt zaskar

Hi, I recently dusted the cobwebs of my 1995 GT Zaskar and am using it with a baby seat to take my wee youngin' out for rides in the park. I want a front handlebar bag or rack to carry my sahd gear. Any recommendations? Thank yee kindly! PS it has a rock shox judy fork - not sure if that matters.
