If it's just one stop you need, I think I can make a replica of one of the cable stops on my Sbike. I have all the tools for the job, but don't have much time before the weekend.
I also have a rivet gun (bought it to re-attach all the cable stops on my 72 and a few sizes of rivets, so it should be easy enough to install it.

if the bike has holes for a cable stop already, what's the C-C distance of those?
