OK with em just getting a new bike its kind of put a bit of a spark into the retro biking thing again for me so expect lots of questions from me lol, just got a giant mcm990 and managed to find my pump after searching so took it out for a very quick 10 minute blitz last night, but will post some pics etc and more on it in readers bikes over the weekend. Anyway back to the point lol, it comes fitted with a rockshox super Deluxe shock and I cant find a manual or anything for it online but am imagining somebody else on here as got one, what do the red and blue dials do? lol I'm imagining one is rebound. Also are they worth anything as in the future it wil be getting replaced with a air shock to lighten it up a bit.

If I remember rightly, blue is compression damping and red is rebound damping. Look on You Tube for the GT LTS Suspension video; it says in there for definite (I'm at work at the mo so can't check).

i think you're right Haydnw.

i think my lts had the rs deluxe and from what i remember the red dial was for dampening and was plasticky. Blue was compression and was an alloy cap.

i liked my lts since it was my first full susser but couldn't stand the squeaking.

Yeah seems you were right with that cheers mate, how old is that lts video hey lol. Won't be staying on there anyway but just need to get the best out of it while I've got it.
