I am thinking of buying one of these bike frames are they collectable and where will I find the factory spec for components

Hi Lee, welcome.

Collectible ... not really. Sbike is too much of a niche brand. The aluminium ones crack like crazy so they are getting rare. however that doesn't seem to drive the prices up.

As for original specs, not a clue. I am still looking for those too, but haven't come across a catalog that lists them.
I know it's using Campagnolo rather than Shimano, so even if you find the correct specs, getting a 700c to original spec is going to take quite a bit of time and money even if you go for second-hand parts.
