I've been swapping and changing bikes recently, looking for a short travel frame to build up into a fun/could potentially do everything bike. Short of a dropper post in the right size I've already got everything to build her up. So far I think I'll be using:

Pike 454
Hope Mono4's
Crossmax XL
Easton haven bar/stem
Xtr crankset + r mech
Chris King hs
carbon/alloy MRP

Will probably get a reverb seatpost for her.
Should be fun!

Liking that, keep toying going back to full suss but not too much travel, and yours or a nukeproof are on the short list.

I was originally looking for a Banshee rampant, commencal 4x, or morewood ndiza. Would love a Yeti 4x but the seat tube massively limits the post extension.
This should be fun.

You're lucky, this is a fantastic bike to ride ! accepts Fun and trails !
With great equipments...

I'm jealous !

Good lad...I really, really like these. It's a shame that they stopped making them.

I came close to buying one a few times but couldn't find one in the right size or at the right price. People who have them love them.

Re:

Great bike, I got a long version which I was worried about as although it's the right size for me I normally ride short frames... I shouldn't have worried, it's awesome. Really playful but climbs very well which I didn't expect, feels like a mini DH bike on the way down.
Only criticism is the shock seems quite linear through the midrange and I'd rather it ramped up a little more, whether I have it re-valved or have a play with another shock is a different question though. It has previously been pushed, the guy I bought it off was my weight.

Some dusty pics:

And just so to inspire people to get out riding a trail pic:

Looks good.

If it's been Pushed, can you add a volume reducer? It made the world of difference to my DHX.

Is that B Line? I went up not long after the storms and couldn't believe the size of some of the trees that were down.

Yep, that's the start of the B Line... you can see a lot of remnants of what came down after the storms and there's been a lot cut back since then.
I'll have a look into a volume reducer.
It likes being in the air!

Yes, easy to fix ! It's in the air !

Just place rubber between air chambers, super easy to do, cost no money, and can be tuned to your taste....
